In consideration for transportation and/or tour services provided for my own benefit, I do hereby release and forever quitclaim stated companies: Athens Tours and Transit, Athens Winery Tours, Athens Brewery Tours, from any and all damages, injury, causes of action or other liability of any kind or nature whatsoever, which result from the use of the motor vehicles belonging to above said companies. Furthermore, I do hereby release and forever quitclaim all contractors, employees, and owners of said companies from any and all damages, injury, causes of action or other liability of any kind or nature whatsoever, which result from the use of the motor vehicles belonging to above said companies.

I acknowledge and agree that such vehicles will be operated by a driver or drivers which have been screened and approved by Athens Tours and Transit or one of its subsidiary companies.

I also agree that the I will indemnify and hold harmless Athens Tours and Transit, Athens Winery Tours, Athens Brewery Tours, said driver or drivers, contractors, employees, and owners for any damages, loss, injury (including the cost to defend any action) suffered by myself which results from an accident or event which takes place during any event or tour.

You can cancel your trip for a full refund if it is more than 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Within 24 hours, you will receive a credit to book another tour as long as your cancellation does not bring the current total number of participants below the minimum required for the tour. There will be no credit or refund issued for cancellations which would bring the total number of participants below the minimum required for the tour.
